All the TACs from raclopride rats starting with Rat 19 are available on the U drive as described below. There are some slight inconsistencies in my file inclusions with the earlier scan data- some tiffs are missing, some Logan data are missing (these are on pmdata01 somewhere) -- but all the TACs should be there. Please let me know if you cannot find something you need.

In addition, I have created a read-only chart of binding potential (Logan Ref Region) for each rat. It is an excel file named "Rat Raclo 2D Binding Potential Chart 20050112 read only.xls" and it is located at:

The rat matrix is available on the U: drive.  It's not entirely filled
in, but I believe everything that is there is correct.

Hi everyone-

I renamed the old "RatRacloExperiments" directory to the name in the subject line.

To find the TACs from the Raclopride Rat Data, go to

U:\Section\Imaging Sciences\Faculty\Morris Evan\Raclopride Rat on Evan's U Drive\TACs from Rat Raclo Scans

In this drive there are directories named:

(1) TACs Rat xy:

these have two subdirectories:

*ADJUSTED* contains the valid TACs.

*unadjusted* contains the original TACs generated (which are running integrals) and also TIF FILES OF REGION PLACEMENT.

(2) Logan Data by Rat and Scan

These have subdirectories that contain the output of running Logan reference region in PETKAT. There will be a .fig file and a .txt file of the Logan plot data for each region analyzed.

(3) Graphed TACs by Rat

These contain excel files with the decay-corrected TACs graphed for easy viewing.

****As of right now, the only files available in this directory are from the most recent rats- Rats 29- 32. I am working to get Rat 19 through Rat 26 added ASAP.

In a related issue, The Ratrix is not quite ready yet (and is mostly contingent on me getting the TAC files in the proper places).
