Here are some links to pictures of the graphical interface that I have designed as a wrapper around all of our simulation and parameter estimation tools.  The programs are in Matlab and they use a library of modeling tools called COMKAT (developed by Ray Muzic, PhD at Case Western Reserve University).

 

We call our Modeling package, PETKAT for PET Kinetic Analysis Tool.

Model is set to a model of the interaction between an exogenous PET tracer and

an Endogenous ligand.

The package design allows for settings files to be saved and reloaded so

all the widgets can be populated automatically.
